Since 2002 we have helped clients dramatically improve cash flow and shareholder value creation performance through a radical new approach to market management.

Management usually invests effort equally in market and internal actions. While both impact shareholder value, it is market strategy that has - by several orders of magnitude - the greatest impact to long-term cash flow and value. Properly handeled, market strategy can dramatically accelerate business performance.

Further, our research has shown that 20% to 40% of the capital invested in most businesses serves markets that actually drain value and cash flow - and have no prospect of doing otherwise.
This is partly driven by poor visibility of real business economics; business leaders rely on overly manipulated GAAP-based systems for much of their information - and are systematically misled as a result - and businesses are often not organized to recognize and exploit links between market and shareholder value performance.
